The Olympia Tumwater Foundation has grants available to support early childhood education programs.
The grants, which range from $250 to $3,000, were created to support innovative, sustainable classroom projects. Any Thurston County school district, nonprofit, early learning provider or collaboration of those groups may apply for the funding.
The Olympia Tumwater Foundation has given over $90,000 in early learning grants since 2006.

I have lived in the Tumwater and Olympia area for over 20 years and have taken great pleasure in the Tumwater Falls Park and surrounding environs. I take frequent walks now that I am retired. Quite honestly the Tumwater Falls Park has been a joy and quite therapeutic. It is a big part of the reason I stay in the Tumwater community.
I find the facility to be well maintained and the landscape to be astoundingly gorgeous. I always feel welcome when I go to the park.
I have taken notice of the excellent work performed by Jose’ Guzman. He is diligent and conscientious. Mr. Guzman has always been courteous and professional in dealing with me and has gone the extra mile to explain the eco system in the park. The buildings and grounds are well cared for and pathways are safe and attractive. In my opinion, he is a skilled worker and an asset to the foundation. Thank you all for your contribution to the community.
